Signature Thread Co. ships internationally to selected destinations, offering thoughtfully packaged delivery to customers worldwide.

International Order Processing
All international orders are processed within 2–5 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Personalised or embroidered items may require additional production time, which will be confirmed at checkout or via email.
Once dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details where available.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
International shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary depending on destination, order size, weight and service selected. All applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, local taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Signature Thread Co. has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their cost. Delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control.
International Returns & Refunds
International orders are subject to the same Returns & Refunds Policy as UK orders.
Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable
Personalised or embroidered items are non-refundable unless faulty
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service for international returns, as Signature Thread Co. cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Undelivered or Returned International Parcels
If an international order is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal to pay customs charges, or incorrect address details, the order will be refunded once received, minus original shipping costs and any applicable return fees.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to certain countries or regions due to courier limitations or customs restrictions. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be contacted and refunded in full.
