Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Personalised or embroidered items may require additional production time, which will be confirmed at the point of order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details where available.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

International Delivery

International shipping is available to selected destinations. Delivery charges and estimated timeframes will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable.
