Returns & Refunds

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review the policy below.

Returns Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused, unwashed and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Not personalised, embroidered or made-to-order

Personalised or embroidered items are non-refundable, unless faulty.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@signaturethread.co with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Costs

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

  • If an order qualified for free delivery and is returned in full or in part, the delivery value may be deducted from the refund

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Supporting photographs

Once assessed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item or confirming the fault.

Undelivered or Returned Parcels

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information will be refunded minus delivery costs once received back at our studio.

Signature Thread Co. cannot be held responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier.
